Animated gifs

For your next assignment, you will be creating an animated gif in Photoshop. This is accomplished by exporting a series of layers as frames on an animation time line.
Size: 5"x5"
Resolution: 100ppi
Each layer you add will have slight differences that when played back in sequence, will have the effect of animating your design. The more layers you have and the more subtle your changes are, the smoother your animation will be.
The animation you create may be an illustration, a composite of photographs, a graphic or even animated typography. Make it artistic and visually compelling. (One often successful approach is to think about telling a very short story.) Stick figures and bouncing balls won't cut it.
